perrrass

this is sooo frustrating, knowing that my fitness sudah jadi worse..

i cant really do running now.. maksudnya continous running lah.. my breathing kah apakah i dont know.. i didnt even finish my 2.4k today (and the speed was the one i could usually run continously, if i finished without interruption tadi, it would have been 17-18mins.. like the usual jua tu..).. at 16mins, plus minus 200m to finishing line, i felt like vomitting. so i stopped and continued again.

the task was sbnrnya do 2.4k, rest 5mins, do another 2.4k.. i completed it but did badly :( 

whats happening ah, maybe aku inda biasa belari lagi (didnt do much running lah lately, mostly gym.. running pun yg anu main2 ah. jalan-jog).. or if excuses count, maybe psal aku ada minor selesma.. hehehe.. yesterday pn aku nd tahan breathing while doing some exercises, i felt like vomitting jua.. but then again, selesma ku ani duiii maa, yg anu mbari malu saja mngakun diri selesma.. ada masa2nya runny nose and brasin plg but temperature ani 36.7 jua saja.. bleh jadi plg ia punya pasal.. or.. im dehydrated.. or.. low blood sugar kah apa.. but maybe im just trying to find excuses. 

aah i should do more running..
