after a month, i began enjoying my fitness programme.
then i went thru a "halt" phase - its kind of... biasa, and not that challenging.
but by the second month... i had to use yoko-yoko. haha. :s and just now, had to put ice on my back. nah tekana th ku ahirnya mbagi ice arah painful body parts ani.. thats what coach usually asked some of us to do when we complained sakit badan..
coach said, the pain is okay.. nothing dangerous.. (asked me to do something, and he said klw urg back injuries, nda ya dapat buat benda2 yg ku buat atu) alhamdulillah.. heheh.. tapi sakit nyamu.. this is the most painful one sepanjang career "sukan" saya ini.. sepayah2 ku kn duduk, kan terabah pun ku time kn turun tangga masa 2yrs ago atu (when we first joined the morning fitness), inda ya sesakit ani.. mbagi bad mood sajaa bh. and im having a minor flu.. panas ah the weather? pkul 5pm pun mcm pkul 3pm rasanya..
but then again, im pretty satisfied with what i did this week. and coach was proud of it:p (i think! haha) proud of me in some ways - now he is comparing me with some others, but im the postive one now. yay:p and comparing with my own performance when i started. though there are areas where im still slow at, or things i couldnt do well yet.. but at least, im seeing some progress. and thats.. good enough :)
kadang2nya ada siuknya exercise sorang diri ani (this week, 2days aku sorang), ia siuk psaaal we dont realise how hard the task is until someone else comes and (they) cant do what we do.. then barutah we know that we had done something.. awesome. haha. astaga.. :p
alhamdulillah. alhamdulillah fr the pain, alhamdulillah fr... all this. fr everything..
