not feeling good

a slight headache.. or whatever ache is this.. im not even sure.. could be just sangal.. pokoknya im not in cergas mood..

went sungkai with friends on sunday.. thats my first sungkai out this year :s tpi lepak midnite malar plg udah prasahanku.. huhu..

watched conjuring.. can say it was bari takut.. batah udahku nd liat crita antu, so cant compare.. but this one, bagi tkut lah.. nasib bulan puasa.. smpai krumah tgh2 mlm pun okay jua sikit rasanya.. hehehe.. but the part where dorang kna tarik kaki time tidur atu th yg ku tbayang2 sampai krumah.. hish

tried to panyap bilik.. and that means memanyap my late sis's punya barang jua.. its almost a year barutah ku kan memanyap semula.. i thought im completely okay sudah, duii tia karang, liat certain benda reminds me of her and the story behind benda2 atuu.. :(

"dont cry, dont cry.. please dont cry" so i kept telling myself :( sigh.

havent finished memanyap.. konon kan sambung on monday, skali buliih tutup karan dari pagi sampai 5 plus pm? ilang smangatku kn memanyap, tidur plgku spanjang harii naah.

that monday, sungkai at my cousin's. didnt think i ate thaaat much, but i vomitted during my treadmill session later at night. in my theory, its just me having my vomitting problem (bcause it was tiring/i was not properly ventilated).. but coach said "i told you not to eat much during sungkai".. could be true though.. the first time we did workout during this ramadhan, he advised not to eat protein and not to eat much during sungkai "just eat soup (mee+sup included lah), sweet foods, some carbohydrates but not too much. dont eat any meat. after workout, you can eat whatever you want. even the whole chicken" pasal protein lambat kana digest.. but most of the days, i didnt listen. i ate what i wanted:p tpi klw kelurusan ku makan soto, then im doing the right thing lah. hehe. tpi klw makan soto ani, mustahil th jua nda ku mkan meaaaat, ayam included. [but i didnt vomit puun? geeee. majal aku ittu! duuhhh haha)

aaah.. i dont feel good...
