woke up a little earlier than usual today, considering i slept only time subuh. entah, kalau time tidur awal, ahir ya bngun.
i have to go balik kampong today but before that ke kadai ku skaajap. dari arituu udah ku kn ke kadai anii, tpi inda jua tebangun2nya time pagi, yaatah inda jadi hehehe. will probably do that at 11am today. i mean 11am jalan dari rumaah.
late sister's ex fiance suggested to visit kubur together with my family (kind of) but i couldnt go there tmrrow pasal aku uzur.. i'll only be able to make it during hari rayaa.. or the last 2 days of ramadhan.. sigh.. though ive been meaning to ask and see how late sister's ex fiance has been doing, i never got the chance.. conversing with him is awkward enough prasahanku.. i dont even know why i should feel awkward.. haiya
ah. i misss my sister! :(
since im not fasting, and couldnt make it to training later at night, coach asked me to run on the gym's treadmill tadi pagi.. was about to have to force myself to go, skali dmlm atu dibaginya tia choice "kalau inda tebangun time pagi, jog saja sndiri in the evening at 5pm" aii tau sudah aku ani cmana jnisnya, gerenti th ku cakap yg 5pm! plus i may not even do it (tho feeling guilty after) but right now, i am telling myself that i'll try to do it.
remember i had succchhh a painful backpain months ago when asked to do 25kg squats? last 2 nites he asked me to do 25, did it easily (pasal maybe ada support atu kaliah?), last nite he asked me to do 40kg. struggled but i did it. and NADA BACKPAIN yg mcm craazzy sampai ku be-ice2 atu. haha. alhamdulillah. antah lurus kah inda caraku buat atu.. :p (coach didnt tagur pun heheh) but barangkali lurus plg yg dmlm compared to the first 25kg backpain, klw nya lurus dlu atu knapa th sakit blakangkuu.. should be kaki yg sakit.. hehe.. doing legs are easier to me than arms. my arms are weak. plus squats using weight on the shoulders are much easier than holding weight arah arms. since im pretty okay with legs strength, and im light, people always tell me that i'd make a good runner. what good runner? i cant even pass the basic test. knapa kan tu? sasak sajaku. haha. blababla lah ah?
im unexpectedly good at some of the workouts (where some people are struggling, and thus some people were impressed) but then again im very weak in some other areas.. what im seeing is this thing again: what seems easy for us might be hard for others, so be kind.. (pun jua blablabla:p)
* i sound like a fitness freak but trust me, im not! and i dont even want to consider myself in the cycle of fitness people! ayoyo huhu
heard about cuti hari raya. wah seronoknya orang2 yg bekerja. not sure if im excited tia msani, i dont think so. aku mcm malas kn beraya.
been meaning to write serious and good stuff, tpi malas. bh bai-bai!
