so lastnite i said something like "yay tomorrow we go hiking?"
yay tia krg.
one: it wasnt really hiking. it was jog-king
two: arini inda brapa siuk. siuk plg, tpi siuk lagi the past week..
two people of the regular group, including the woman didnt come.. and.. we did the exercise separately, aku sorang! yatah buing.. the regular group and the marathon team (marathon is on again) did the same path, tpinya regular group bejalan kaki, marathon jogging.. i did only the hill part, jogging, five sets. the first set, i did honestly truly tpi inda bestly lah. but thats the only set yg aku turun naik bukit jogging.. the second set, putus2 naik bukit kjap jogging, kjap jalan.. but on my way up, aku tejumpa coach jalan turun bukit, so i wanted to bubut them yatah ku race turun bukit.. so basically thats what i did -jog and jalan- naik bukit and speed run turun bukit.. (pstts ada siprince. deee. hahah)
when i was in my third set, the coach said "two more" - lurus tu ah ia mngitung setku.. BUT when i was done with my fifth one, i sat dbwah bukit waiting fr them.. and then when they arrived, the coach said "come on, go up" so i was.. "eh no, this is my rest time"
coach: "no rest, come on.. one more"
me: "one more?! i did five already"
coach made a doubtful face.
me: "bnar. five already"
skali inda jadi one more.. but he successfully made me doubt my counting eh. haha. bnar kah 5 dh ku buat.. but yeah. i think aku lurus. hehehe.
overall.. i didnt have that sense of satisfaction. ngaleh plgku but i dont i think i gave my best yakni mcm inda brabis (tpi ada plg rsakn muntah atu boss.. hehe) and... yeah, i should have jogged all the way (tpi mcm mbagi kpisan saaaja.. hehe)
ah. and i should go to hospital sbnrnya. for the follow up kaki, the one i went to hospital for in aussie.. but i havent got the time (an excuse, aku malas drive sndiri bnrnya. heheh. nnti th suruh org drive kan.. haha) but mostly, its bcause... i dont want to undergo the treatment, it could make me bungkus my feet for maximum one week... if and IF saja lah the follow up treatment atu prevent me from running/doing exercises, aku indaku mau~... what ive done for the previous month will be so sayang.. i'll lost a lot of stamina in a one week rest.. yatah talurnya, for now, for a month now, i'd rather have this sakit-sikit feet than have a one-week break (bukanku iski exercises/sports eh.. but.. oh there goes my hard work tia).. it went like this: when i went back here, i was nervous with my zero stamina.. so i wanted to start the training capat2, ignoring my feet.. ignoring the little-occasional pain.. as the weeks went by, i know i could tolerate the pain, mcm nada plg jua.. and as the weeks went by lagi, i am at the stage where i dont wanna waste my hard work, yatah makanya rela inda try treatment atu nah.. but thinking for a long term, i'll go to hospital jua wah.. soon, insyaAllah.. maybe it wouldnt be so bad..
eh today i went dealing with my shipment from aussie. skali my bradaa paid for me. yay. my first reponse to him was laughing urg jahat punya laugh.. then a thank you. hehe. it made me iski you know, kana byarkan anii.. i mean kana byarkan utk urusan (bukan mcm blanja makan and all that) bcause i am a grown up, for the past 5 yrs, ive been paying, dealing with things sendiri.. so when once in a while kana byarkan anii, siuk laaah rasanya :p (ah well, havent been kana byarkan a sadang2 amount of money unexpectedly, so my iskiness is boleh dimaafkan:p).. oh and i think its cool when i go jalan with these two brothers, macam bodyguard.. hahah
hmm. ah malasku masuk office bh esuk ani.. boleh kaaah.. huhu..
