when "culture kills"

i watched this aeroplane crash investigation yesterday.. didnt want to watch it psal tkut beuri, haha. but i did.. and its so interesting. and eye opening. lucky fr me it was a crago plane. so less uri :p hehe. mudahan th slamat pjalanan ku slalu, sentiasa. amin ya Allah.

that korean flight 8509 (google google if u want to know more) crashed in 1999. and from my understanding, the investigators concluded two causes:

1. mechanical defect
2. cultural values could kill..
