i got blister arah my foot. mula2nya masa that first run after puasa (6th of raya?).. i wonder why.. before ani okay pun.. maybe the shoes a bit loose (but coach questioned why bfore ani inda catu) but i only got the blister when i did speed. it got worse yesterday after another speed. it got worse again today after the aerobic. i said to coach, esuk offday ah (joking, as i always do) and surprisingly he said "ok" eeehhh.. bnar kaaah ni? hehehe. i think he wants the blister to karing or avoid jadi worse lagi psal ari jumat ada running test (help!).
so.. its been tough lately, the training. tougher than the usual lah. i have morning and ptg sessions now. and one of those people i just met described me as "baie kau" haha... in his response to one of my "teasing jokes"... described me as "bini2 belabih", i think i didnt give good impression, but biar tiiaaa~ jejeje.
i still dont know whats next for me bnrnya. hehe. but ah well..
(i thought i got many things to tell? bh nnti th ku mkirkan smula.. hehehe)
